This policy explains what information Sunbek ("Sunbek", "we", "us") collects when you visit sunbek.com, respond to one of our advertisements, fill in a form, book a consultation or message us, and how we use and protect it.
What we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, company or store name and website, your preferred contact time, and anything you write in a form, a booking, or a message to us.
- Booking details — when you schedule a consultation, the appointment is processed by Cal.com, which collects the details you enter there.
- Usage data — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, referring page, and the actions you take on the site (for example clicking a contact link or completing a booking). This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel.
- Lead-ad data — if you submit one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the fields you filled in.
How we use it
- To answer you, schedule and hold the consultation you asked for, and follow up about our services.
- To understand which pages and advertisements work, and to measure and improve our marketing — including showing our ads to people who have visited sunbek.com and to audiences similar to them.
- To run and secure the website.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for anything unrelated to the above without asking you.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the site and our marketing, under their own privacy terms: Meta (advertising and the Meta Pixel), Cal.com (booking), Netlify (hosting), and the messaging and email tools we use to reply to you. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies and advertising
sunbek.com uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and conversions and to build advertising audiences. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser. Doing so does not affect your ability to use the site.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and lead information for as long as we are in a conversation with you or have a business relationship, and then for as long as reasonably needed for our records. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, message us — we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
